The handle, hinges, light fixture, house numbers and doorbell do not all need to come from one matching set. An entrance can feel considered with more than one metal finish, as long as the differences look deliberate rather than accidental.
Establish a lead finish. Usually the most visible hardware or the largest light fixture takes that role. Let a second finish support it instead of introducing a third and fourth accent of equal strength. A dark frame can act as a visual background while a warmer handle becomes the point of contact.
Samples matter because finish names are not universal color standards. Two products called bronze may look very different beside each other. If the aim is a close match, compare real samples under the same light. If the match is impossible, a clear contrast may be more comfortable than an approximation.
Do not let the palette override compatibility. The lock and handle still need to suit the selected door system, and exterior exposure may affect which finishes are appropriate. Settle the functional specification first, then choose the most coherent finish from the options that genuinely fit.
